A Typical Day in the Job

- Daily homemade sourdough bread

- breakfast service

- Assisting with dinner prep

- Diner service

- Daily clean of the kitchen

- Assistance with washing up

- Food shopping

2 days off per week

Who are we looking for?

- A passion for cooking
- Ability to work efficiently during prep time
- Good organisational skills
- driving licence preferred

What we can offer you
We provide extensive training and value the experience our employees have while working with us.
This role is a rare opportunity to learn all areas within the kitchen from a highly trained chef. Everything is made from scratch - breads, stocks, sauces, ice cream, home cured & smoked bacon, home cured ham, home made vinegars, misos. We use high quality locally sourced ingredients.
