Head Chef - Luxury Chalet, Verbier Switzerland (Winter Season)
• Head Chef for winter season - Mid November to end of April
• Kitchen team of 3 (head chef and 2 sous chefs)
• Lunch they usually eat out - (more casual)
• Afternoon - 2 or 3 baked items mixed savory and sweet
• Pre-dinner drinks cocktails with canapes and appetizers
• Evening sophisticated fine dining cuisine
• Newly renovated professional kitchen

Requirements
• Sous Chef or higher in Michelin restaurant or upscale lodge or similar
• Hands on can work with small team
• Modern creative fine cuisine
• Available for full season
• EU passport holder
• English speaking skills

Benefits
• Salary 7000 CHF per month before tax (5000 CHF after tax)
