• Kitchen team of 3 (head chef and 2 sous chefs)

Requirements
• Sous Chef or higher in Michelin restaurant or upscale lodge or similar
• Hands on can work with small team
• Modern creative fine cuisine
• Available for full season
• EU passport holder
• English speaking skills
