We are looking for a chalet couple to be responsible for the daily running of one of our Meriski luxury chalets.

One of the couple will be a professional chef with great experience, the other half of the couple will be a 'Chalet Host'. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality couple.

In return we offer a highly competitive salary, accommodation in Méribel, meals on a full board basis, 2 days off a week and free equipment for the whole season.

Requirements

Chalet Host requirements:

Candidates need to have a high level of hospitality experience in either hotels, restaurants, yacht, or chalet environments
Must be willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent service to our guests
Candidates need to be customer focused, self-motivated and hardworking individuals, who are not afraid of 'mucking in'
This role requires fine attention to detail, high work standards and a flexible approach to working hours

Chalet Chef requirements:

Relevant cooking qualification or/and experience in cooking in kitchens
Applicants need to be flexible, team players who are not afraid of hard work and 'mucking in'
