ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead, develop and performance manage a highly engaged international team to achieve all sales and service results
- Help and guide guests, suppliers & colleagues through the digital self-service/sales tools available to them
- On transfer days, be involved in managing our airport operation
- Step in and step up to support more complex, sensitive or emergency situations that need that extra special attention
- Lead your team to minimize operational costs whilst delivering excellent customer service levels
- Be the expert of operational and company knowledge with the use of several types of digital technology
- Provide additional support to our guest-facing and back-office teams as and when required
ABOUT YOU
- Fluent in verbal and written English. Additional European languages are advantageous
- A genuinely helpful, flexible and professional personality
- Adapts leadership style to work in a global & virtual environment – managing different cultures and teams
- Understands digital tools and processes – will 100% lead by example to drive our digital culture
- Driven by sales – able to match guest needs to the right product and sales channel
- Can analyze data to develop clear action plans on how to deliver improved results
- Performance manages the good and the bad to deliver results
- Can solve escalated problems independently and will make suggestions how to improve ways of working
- You’re passionate about being in the mountains and about the Crystal product. You should have an interest in skiing and outdoor life or be willing to give it a try
- You enjoy driving overseas and are not daunted by doing so in snowy conditions
