Are you a couple looking to work for a small fun & friendly Meribel ski company?

You will be located in the outstanding ski resort of Meribel, 3 Valleys, France the largest ski area in the world.

We are a small independently run ski business who place great value on our staff and customers.
We realize that our staff are fundamental to the service we provide and that if you are happy there is a good chance our clients will be too.

We employ couples to run each of our six chalets. One of you would be the Chalet Chef, with work experience in a professional kitchen and therefore able to cook confidently to a high standard. The other would be the Chalet Host and be the 'Front of House' role.

As a pair (Chalet Chef & Chalet host) you will run and manage your individual chalet and it is equally as important you get on well with people.

The role involves preparing and serving breakfast and making afternoon tea. A love of entertaining, passion for food and ability to cook is essential as in the evenings you will be preparing a delicious 3 course meal.

You will also be responsible for the cleanliness and management of your chalet. We will not burden you with unnecessary admin or paperwork.

It is more important that you can confidently & professionally run the chalet, produce great quality food and have a warm, friendly & flexible approach to our clients.

Requirements

It is essential you hold an Irish or European Passport, or you are British with dual nationality holding an EU Passport too or have a Carte de Sejour giving you the 'right' to work in France.
We also accept New Zealand, Australian, Canadian, or South African passport holders who have obtained a working holiday visa for France.
A love of food and previous experience in catering and hospitality industry.
Ability to work under your own initiative.
High standard of personal presentation and cleanliness.
Warm and outgoing personality
Active and in excellent health.

Please note that we only employ couples, whereby you run the chalet with your partner, we do not employ individuals and ‘pair’ up with another single applicant.
