White Stripe Mountain Lodge is a small independently run catered ski chalet business. Based in Peisey Vallandry, we are at the heart of the Paradiski skiing domain of Les Arcs and La Plagne and only a minute away from the ski lift.
At White Stripe Mountain Lodge we help our guests organise all aspects of their ski holiday so they can enjoy the skiing and our delicious, home-cooked meals. We offer relaxed, catered ski holidays with superb hospitality and we have over 50 Trip Advisor five star reviews.
A Typical Day in the Job
Start your day skiing or snowboarding! Or our previous chef liked to do some prep in the morning to be able to start later in the evening. Dinner is served at 7.30 pm (potentially kids will eat at 6.30 pm if they come during the school holidays). The host will start at 6 pm to prepare the table, serve dinner and help with washing up in the kitchen during the evening service.
Saturday is changeover day and canapes are served at 6.30 pm that day instead of a starter. Normal day for the chef and the host will help with changeover.
Tuesday is day off and on Thursday shopping is delivered. An afternoon cake or cookies is also required each day, but can be prepared the day before if easier.
It is a closed kitchen but occassional interaction with the guests may be needed. Accommodation is in the chalet with a bedroom with ensuite and a separate lounge.
